We simply do not have time to keep up with a heavy development workload, constant requests for new products and new functionality, existing customer issues, non-Joomla projects, and more while literally writing custom code for dozens of users.

It's fair to say that "software support" is meant to fix problems with the software-- that is, to solve issues where the product does not work as it was designed to work. We will devote our support forum time to these problems, and will no longer provide code samples and "walk throughs" on customization issues, especially for web design professionals who are capable of hacking a PHP page where necessary.

If you need to customize the product, we will do our best to point you in the right direction and offer suggestions, but it's been getting to the point that we're answering posts for support that are saying "the product looks like this and my customer wants it to look like that-- can you send me the code" -- if you're getting paid to do a website for a customer, then you should be able to make the customizations.
