tim created the topic: Introducing IPreserve!
IPreserve has an Ajax availability calendar, showing all reserved and available dates for a property. You can set in the component parameters which sale type categories should use the availability component-- so if you have "for rent", "for sale or rent", and "holiday" rental, you can add these to the list.

This product adds a couple new plugins, one front end and one admin side, as well as 4 new views for:

Reservations: shows at a glance all reservations, dates etc.

Payments: shows payments associated with a reservation

Rates: allows you to set up custom rate calendars for high/low season, holidays, etc. Each property can have multiple rates, independent of other properties, so you can have different seasons by location, property type etc. Each rate within a property can also have its own cost, so the nightly low season price for house A is different than the low season price for condo B.

States: you can add any number of reservation states, in addition to the default "tentative" and "confirmed" states we include. This allows you to use states such as "payment pending", "owner blackout dates" etc.

We have built in a Paypal module that allows you to take deposits, and set the deposit percentage from 5%-100%-- once a payment is accepted it automatically sets the status of the reservation to "confirmed".

There's lots more, but you'll have to try it out and see. Please visit our IPreserve demo site to give it a spin!

Thanks!
