We have just released a new version of IProperty 3 for Joomla 3! IProperty 3.2.1 is chock full of improvements including:

Native Joomla SEF support
Improved mutli-lingual support with Falang
New responsive gallery, module, and plugin layouts
New map module and admin Quick Links plugin
New plugin and module options including printable driving directions and Ref# search auto-complete
New amenity categories for Accessibility, Energy Saving, Security, Landscape, and Community
Many minor bug fixes and enhancements
