Mortgage calculator / other options .

Hi,
I suggest to upgrade this option. Some type of people need more details:
1.Mortgage calculator could have 2 possibilities, that shows visitors type of mortgage payment:
-fixed mortgage payment (variable interest) -
-variable mortgage payment (fixed interest) is less expensive
Additional, visitor could have possibility (button) to see/print Mortgage payment sheet.

2.You could add Charges calculator which will include:
-property price,
-10 additional fields with possibility to customize (for example, realtor commission, tax, etc.),
Some of them should have possibility to define their value, which depend on price, for example Notaries fee.
-last field should include total of above.

3.In field "request of showing" I suggest to insert "preferred hours of contact".

thanks for the input. Those are all useful ideas. We will definitely look at adding them for the next release.
