Featured property

Highlight and put the Featured property at the begin of the search result list.
Also, the number of Featured property for each agent is limited by the admin

Hi Will-- the featured property can be shown at the top or bottom of search results, and it is highlighted. You can modify the highlight style however you like via CSS.

To modify where the featured properties show up, go into the Intellectual Property admin, settings tab, and click on properties tab. You'll see a drop down for "featured position".

At this point there's no need for limiting the number of featured properties per agent, unless you're allowing agents to login to the back end. This feature will be part of the Intellectual Portal tool, which we hope to release in beta within the next 2-4 weeks.

It seems the highlighted feature is only appeared in the "property Types" list, but not in the "advanced search" result list.

that is correct-- it doesn't appear in the advanced search list.

That's something we may look into for the next release.
