New concept in searching for property

I cam across this blog post and thought I would share it with you.

I agree with it and think it would be a possible way of helping to stay ahead of the pack:

It highlights that searches are done by individuals, but those individuals are more likely to be part of a combined effort : ie 3 friends searching for a place, so having all three people able to view the search results and saved info, searching as a 'team' is more likely to help and be more effective

I suppose at the minute you could create and share an email address so all can log in with same info, or, share your existing email address and password but that is not really ideal....

Hi Jon-- thanks for the note. Interesting concept. First thing I thought of however was "well, I'd first use 'send to friend' to pass along houses I liked to my friend / wife / roommates" and next I thought "or just register with a throwaway email address and easy password and save properties to my profile-- then share the login with whoever needed it".

But anyway-- good food for thought!

Yeah i hear what you're saying and sorry for making it sound like 'send to friend' didn't exist. I think it is true that the'experience' is singular and not interactive in a forum kind of way ie:
property listing with comments underneath etc and like buttons and all that jazz. And this is true for all the major property sites that I might try to emulate.
