Predefined searches are a must for local seo. I would like the ability to link directly from the menu manager in joomla to certain predefined searches.. for instance foreclosures in New York City. Then I would have control over the page title and meta data .. for now I have to link with the internal/external url feature that takes away those controls and also plays havoc with SEO tools.. You could start with just a fill in the blank url field for quicksearch for advanced users::

ie: view=allproperties&ipquicksearch=1&filter_city=New York City&filter_reo=1

Later you could add a full saved search feature from the advanced search..
I would be willing to pay for this feature..

Well It seems like I can accomplish most of this using the all properties link but would really like to add a few more criteria to that quick search.. how hard would it be to add reo,, and keyword input.. Seems like the functionality is there already..
