Love to see a feature where prospective buyers can register through Joomla and then ask to be automatically informed when a property is listed that meets their requirements, i.e 4 bed house in Cornwall up to £350,000

Hi-- a user can automatically be informed when a property meets saved search criteria, which is quite close to what you suggest.
