Hi folks

I like the idea of having the option to select 'Furnished' or 'Unfurnished' or 'Both'

Also to have this filterable in the search options.

Even more cool would be a search module that has a tab for sale and another tab for rent

Then the parameters could be relevant to each tab ie:

price interval for sale properties 25,000.
price interval for rental properties 25.

Also, on the rental tab would appear the option for furnished unfurnished etc...
