My client who has 23 agents, does not designate/advertise individual/special titles for their agents. I think there approach is that clients can trust that any agent can handle their needs. Also, I think they (Agents) measure their position in the company by how much they $ell.
We have added this feature for the next release, which should be in approx 2-3 months.
The recommended way to deal with this in the meantime would be to find a field in the agent table that you're not currently using (for example, gtalk, for the Google Talk ID) and change the language string for that field to "Title" using a Joomla language override. Then just create a template override for the components/com_iproperty/views/agentproperties/tmpl/default_agent.php view, moving the gtalk field to where you want to output it within the template.
