Typeahead functionality or autocomplete text at property setup form

Hi,

At the location fields of property setup form, especially Region and City fields for me, I would like to have the drop down fields with pre-setup regions and cities (similar to states set up by database). To prevent the typing error by agents and language duplication.
Because typing error and multiple language used by agents cause duplication of same region and city at search module for those areas.
Please advise me, is there any idea to solve it.
If drop down fields for Region and city area at property set up form is not possible, how about type ahead functionality or autocomplete text. It can save the typing error at least.
