Land trading

Property form specified mostly on the buildings details.
Especially this regarded to obvious fields in Location Section... Street Number and Street, but no one construction plot outside of town has not these parameters.
As a sample we have in Greece this site:

where published as different kinds of building properties, as well just construction plots and agricultural lands.
It will be very nice to see in the next version something similar, so we can publish on site lands also.

You have two options--

1) make the form field not required by editing the component/com_iproperty/models/forms/property.xml file and set "required" to false on the address items.
2) do what the MLS associations in the US do for non-existent addresses (where the land has not been subdivided yet) and use "Undetermined" or "NA" in the address fields, leaving only the city and general location specified.

1. thank you for the advise, I will do this and see how to adopt for land sales, but if it's possible to create small form Land especially for lands it will be great.
Especially because for land we need much much less parameters... location, area, price and price per sq.m... from Property form you can remove 90% of unnecessary parameters.
2. we are not on USA market, so most of features designed for USA and Canada market not work in Europe, unfortunately.
