It sounds like you want to create a property portal where people can list their own properties. Check out Akeeba Subscriptions and the plugin for IProperty. (Yes, I know Akeeba is no longer supporting this product but it is still being actively developed and is a great tool).

When you have this product configured properly you can let end users create an account on your Joomla site, pay for (or be given free) an IProperty subscription, which will create their own company and agent that they can then use to manage listings from the front end.

Tim, as I said, most of the property owners are lazy and not educated. If I offer them this procedure, they will have a brain explosion and they will never come back to my site ))))
This is biggest mistake of IT specialists, they suppose that most of people have little bit less knowledge as they )))) ... 99% of users know only how to press buttons.
I suppose that this form is very user's friendly and simple, especially for owners with zero knowledge.

As for the difficulty, I don't understand your objection-- a new owner who wishes to list a property must first create an account on your site via the Joomla user signup page. Akeeba Subs plugs into this and allows you to let users have a FREE account, or you can charge for an account, it's up to you.

Once they have a user / subscription, they can use the normal IP manage link to add / manage their properties. I don't see how this is too difficult.

Can you please ask your friend Akeeba to provide tutorial for Akeeba Subscription and were disappear com_ats component.
I have created levers and subscriber but during creation for each save I see this message and on the page I see only titles of modules

Hi - do you have Akeeba Ticket System installed? If not, I'm assuming you have an Akeeba module or plugin enabled which is expecting to integrate with the component, but can't find it.
