Hi - do you have Akeeba Ticket System installed? If not, I'm assuming you have an Akeeba module or plugin enabled which is expecting to integrate with the component, but can't find it.

You can find documentation for Akeeba Subscriptions here: cdn.akeebabackup.com/downloads/akeebasub...basubs-guide.pdf.zip ?? -- there is a section on 'Integration Plugins' which explains how to configure the IP plugin. Hope it helps.

I download and install pkg_akeebasubs-5.2.2.zip and plg_system_akgeoip-2.0.0.zip
These are only I found, if there are not proper installation, please advise

Hmm. I'm not sure how to help since it's not our product, but I noticed Nick has been making some updates in the Akeeba subs development branch due to Joomla 3.7 changes. github.com/akeeba/akeebasubs . Maybe you can view his latest commits and see comments?

If you're running Joomla 3.7 this may have something to do with the issues you're experiencing. I'm assuming there will be a new release available soon here: github.com/akeeba/akeebasubs/releases

I found and installed pkg_ats_2, so now error disappear.
On weekend I will study manual and try to manage it.
