Hi,
first, let me say that I'm really impressed by the demo, but Before I buy the component I have to ask few questions...

Agents
Could Agents Create their profile and listings from front end?

Lestings

Is there automatic system for creating the listing A, just for listing, B, for makeing in Featured?

Map - Loctaions
It seems to be limited by one country only. Does it work with many different countries? So in search I
select A, USA or UK           B, Depending on (USA for example) so California, Florida              C, City?

Is the To let and Auction listing possible too?

Excuse me, I looked in the Demo and Documentation and I missed those, maybe I'm wrong so I'm asking!

Thanks a lot!
Regards
Janz

Hi Janz - thanks for your interest in Iproperty. To answer your questions:

1. Iproperty does not support agent listings via the front-end. We are working on a component called Iportal that will allow agents to manage their own properties and give admin power to restrict the number of properties allowed, how many images per property, and more. We are hoping to release Iproperty by the end of December.

2. I'm not sure what you're asking, can you clarify?

3. The map will adjust to wherever your properties are - it is not limited to the US. We built Iproperty to be as flexible as possible offering the ability to add addresses with a state or province and a drag and drop map to set your property locations via the admin panel. If you haven't tried the admin demo, you can view the functionality at http://iproperty.thethinkery.net/administrator and log in with u: demo_manager p: demo_password. Iproperty also uses language files that make customization of any text very easy.

4. Iproperty does offer the option to set properties for rent. Again, the options of sale types can easily be changed to suit your needs via the language files and helper files.

Please let us know if you have other questions. Thanks!
