Hi-- unfortunately the answer is "maybe". Artisteer allows users to create their own template. The problem is many of their features require non-standard javascript or CSS libraries, adding or removing jQuery versions, Bootstrap etc. Some Artisteer templates work, others don't.

It's best to stick with a "standard" Joomla template like those from YooTheme, RocketTheme, etc.

Well, I am not sure what I can tell you-- if the product *didn't* work with Artisteer, and *does* work with any normal Joomla template, it might be possible to follow up with Artisteer support. In some cases you can fix these issues with minor code tweaks or by using an IP setting to force Bootstrap (which is the default in Joomla 3).
