Hi-- yes, IP can support RTL languages. There's nothing you need to do in IP, since IP uses normal Joomla language files. You'd just install the main Joomla RTL language pack you want to use, then install or create the relevant IP language pack in the same language.

I mean, Automatically the RTL css files generate?
Can i assign one or property to language? Arabic or English or ....Like Joomla articles.
Can i associate each property to other property in other language? Like Joomla articles.

No, to use multilingual in IP you need to use falang, since the core Joomla language methods can't handle all the complexity of IProperty.
