Can't Subscribe

I have sent at least 2 emails to which I have had no response. I do have an account but am unable to renew or buy a subscrption from scratch. The iProperty part of the site does not work since upgrading to Joomls 3.7. This is now a major problem as it has now gone on for over 24 hours.

I have tried to subscribe using Microsoft Edge and Firefox. All I want to do is pay for your product but I cannot.

I really would appreciate a prompt response?
