Hello... in the description of this extension, it says the following:

"RETS, XML and CSV imports from MLS associations and sources like Vebra, Kyero, ExpertAgent, etc. available as additional service offering"

What is that additional service offering cost?... is it a one time fee or is it a subscription?

My client is interested in particular in the MLS System of Greater Tampa Bay Area (GTAR) in Florida, but would also like to add other MLS areas in the future.... can this be done?

Finally, if a subscription to the MLS is integrated, I assume the properties listed in the MLS by the agency can be automatically updated to the website by a change in status in the MLS listing itself?...
