This is a serious pre-sales question no offence is intended. I've spent a few hours re-familiarising myself with iproperty (which I last used on a client site about 6yrs ago) and I have seen fairly recent reviews relating to poor support and unanswered (seemingly sincere) questions on this forum. That combined with odd branding inconsistencies across the associated domains the sense is of an unloved and somewhat dated project (notwithstanding the release of version 4 of which I know nothing - it may well be a significant improvement but visually it looks identical to v2). Is this component still actually alive and supported?

And assuming this forum is the only means of getting support is there any basic service level of support a currently subscribed and paid-up user is entitled to expect? Email response within 24hrs/48hrs?

Many thanks

Hi-- that's a very fair question, and the answer is yes, IProperty is very much a viable and actively developed project.

Your concern about the recent reviews is noted, but I'd point out that several of them are referring to a RETS import, not to IProperty-- we don't support RETS imports in the forums, since that's an external service offering, and not a core part of IProperty.

A typical answer (depending on your time zone) would be within an hour or two of our reading the forum post. On occasion, a post will get ignored, and we encourage users to "bump" the post to bring it to our attention. Generally if the question can be answered it will be answered immediately-- if it relates to customization or a third party plugin, it may not get an answer for a while. Please see the terms of service at the bottom of the page.

Thanks
