In your note and in FAQ you explain this point and have put the links, but they both are out of date. Are you still working together with a Subscription tool and will it be possible to limit e.g. the amount of properties a subscriber can post on my property site???

This was your explanation, but it seems outated...."A) Rather than re-invent the wheel and create payment and subscription management functions in our product, we have decided to partner with established Joomla subscription management tools, including Akeeba Subscriptions and AEC through plugins. Using these products you can manage all payments and subscriptions, and control access to IProperty."
