Hi, I like vey much your product, and I would use it on international property websites, then please answer a few questions I didn't find anywhere:
- does it support joomfish or any other translation extension?
- do RSS feed carry the main picture with them?
- expecially when you have many agents, it's crucial not to allow them too many options, and I am thinking about locations, so is it possible to customize the state/country section, in order to insert regions/locations previously and link them to a given country/province. I've investigated your admin section and this function seems to lack, maybe the portal version will work like this?
If you think you are going to translate the component, I would be available to do it in italian...

Hi Vinny, thanks for your answer, do you mean this one?
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/multi-lingual-content/1776
I hope you understand that this system doesn't allow agents to translate their contents on properties, and a single admin should carry the burden... poor admin.. :-) would you make his life easier?? ;-)
Will wait for upcoming versions!!!
PS
don't forget the location customization feature, maybe it doesn't seem useful, but many users requested it!
best regards

Point taken - we will definately look into this feature in the next upgrade to IP. I guess we just assumed with a property management component the content would be written in the language the properties target -- thank you.

Sorry to step-in.... what a shame to read that it's not Joomfish compatible or ready.

I was so looking forward in using it.

Any ideas when it would be ready for it?

I specialize in the Spanish speaking market.

regards,

Paul.

Hi - Intellectual Property is not currently Joom!Fish compatible, but takes advantage of language files so can be translated using an extension like 'translation manager' or the language files can be manually translated and uploaded to the language folder. We will eventually post language packages for IP as they come available. Thanks for your post.
Also, regarding RSS images - this is planned for the next upgrade but v1.5.1 does not show images in the feed.

UPDATE: JOOMFISH PLUGIN FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY HAS BEEN RELEASED. PLEASE SEE DOWNLOADS PAGE.
