I started diong vitrual tours, but in the end dropped them in favor of the video,
there is a group on flicker where you can pick up soom good tips, lowering your viewpoint to about chest height and using a software like lightroom will help a lot, sepecially in streightening the verticals,
you have gone for a walkthrough tour, where I went for panns and slides stitched together, both have there problems and merits, for me it was important to get away from a jerky hand held tour, though yours are quite smooth, did you use a guide cam?
is this done with software? if so what do you use?

Thanks for the compliment.
We have decided to continue with both the video and virtual tour. However, it seems like our clients prefer the virtual tours.
I will have a look on Flickr for tips. Thanks
Yes, we went with the "walkthrough" as we don't want our clients to be disturbed by people not really interested in a property. So we had no choice but to do a "walkthrough" video tour. I like the panns as well!
We use a Sony camcorder with a wide angle lens and then put an image stabilizer effect when directing the video - hence the smooth effect.
For the voice over we used a PC based program (can't remember the name), but we decided to convert to real human voice onwards. We might still use the computer voice in rare occasions.
