hi kimberleyb, i am also looking for a per listing subscription but i couldnot found anything yet :(

but with AEC, the agent can buy subscription and depending upon the subscription he has subscribed, he would only be able to list certain number of listings on website, you can set max listings allowed, max featured listing allowed etc ..

yes but they can not add listings individually and there are no purges so you end up with lost revenue and a bloated database with outdated information.

I have them both - I was never able to get aec running and akeeba sends out an annoyingly long list of emails

they work for what they do, which is provide blanket access - but subscriptions are for content consumers - not providers.

I have a quote for this work - it's way out of my range but if people want to put in, it could work.
