This is the upgraded AccessibleProperties.net site using IP 3.1.1 with (the newly shined up) IReport, Akeeba Subscriptions, language over-rides, some custom mods with advanced module manager tying it all together.

LOVE IP3 - a LOT

UPDATE - PLEASE do not set up test accounts or use my site for your examples or to test the IProperty features or the support chat - this is a live site.

Site looks good, but tell me - shouldn't you be able to hide "Request a Showing" in the case of "Sold" listings for example?

Well pardon me madam. I personally have learnt to accept constructive observations, especially if I showcase my site and invite comments. I have discarded all my bad attitudes towards peoples' observations (be it criticism or accolade), for it is a tool by which improvements can be achieved.
