Hello,
Bruton Knowles have been using the iProperty component for a number of years now on an old Joomla 1.5 site. Over the past few months a new responsive site was designed and developed with the latest Joomla 3.4 and iProperty component:

The iProperty components view templates have been considerably modified to fit the clients requirements, with additional code being adding to numerous view to increase the information available. Minor changes were made to core iProperty files and have been documented to allow seamless updates.

There is a custom bespoke extension that interprets and external XML feed from the Agency Pilot software used internally by the client that dynamically adds the properties directly into the iProperty database everyday so the client does not have to enter data twice into different systems. This ensures all data is mirrored, correct and up to date.
