Moore Tech Solutions - Real Estate Website RETS import - custom template

Thank you to the team at theThinkery with their help creating the RETS imports into this professional American real estate website. Images are housed from the original site keeping the load time very quick while imported listings are refreshed daily from the very large Birmingham, AL USA MLS database. Clients only have to enter their properties into the MLS once, all closed listings are purged, updated listings show a "Recently Updated" banner, and new listings are added to the site with a "New Listing" banner. Company only listings are showcased on their own page while Property Inquiries and Email to a friend copies are emailed to client directly whenever a site visitors sends an email to a friend or requests more info. The map geolocates all properties and can be fashioned into a full screen view. Custom filters were written for the client to aid the site visitor with selecting properties built only by the client and to select the status of construction (Existing Construction, New Construction, Proposed Construction).
