Hi There,
I would like to ask if this can work as follows:
I would like a client to be able to log in somehow, then he/she would look at the progress of his projects as well as his past projects (completed). I would not like for a client to be able to see all of our other client's projects.
Can this be achieved?

Yes! The new Project Log v1.5.3 has group access permissions. Assign your client to a group and only allow that group permission to specific projects. We just released 1.5.3 a few days ago and is available in the Project Log downloads area.

Hi we woule like to  use Project log for our Jomsocial powered community allowing Jomsocial groups to indeed collaborate on grop projects.  How to set rights for project log to match a jomsocial group so that each group can organise his own projects
Also how to change some forms fields to adapt to a non profit use ?

Hi - Project Log does not have any integration with Jomsocial. You would have to add your jomsocial group users to Project Log groups and apply them to the projects you would like them to see.

As far as changing form fields, this can be done by editing the language files. You can manually edit the language files or use a translation manager component.

My first thought on Project Log was the same thing- incorporate into Jomsocial for local business owners and other folks to collaborate on community projects.

I hope you will give this some thought- Project Log would be an outstanding feature on a geographical social networking site.
