Categories

The ability to break up Testimonials into categories would be great. This would allow people that carry multiple product lines or offer multiple services to have multiple modules each pulling in different 'categories'

I totally agree. This definitely needs to be included in the next release of Report Card. Do you guys have an estimate for the 1.5.2 release?

By the way, great job on this component! I like the fact that it is fairly simple to use and easy to configure the options.

Hi - we had to take a hiatus on Report Card development due to a family emergency just after my last post was made. The admin area is done so adding/editing categories is possible - the front-end display just needs to be completed. We'll get back to work on this asap and post here when it's done. Thanks.

Ok - [url=index.php?option=com_ambrasubs&view=categories&categoryid=10&Itemid=32]Report Card v1.5.2 beta is ready to download![/url] We've added categories with the ability to assign individual testimonials to multiple categories. It's still technically in the beta phase but we are using the upgraded version right now on this site. You can take a look - we have several different testimonials areas now. Note the module is also pulling testimonials from categories depending on the section of the site you're viewing (IProperty, Project Log, etc). See the links below to see it in action:
