Automatic

Since upgrading to Report Card 2.0, the way the new testimonials are emailed to us has changed. The AUTHOR and NOTES field used to be included in the email, but now it isn't.

My suggestions for improvement:

Enable users to be able to change their automatic email preferences in the Joomla backend (so people with little technical knowledge can easily change preferences without having to use an FTP tool).
Ability to add multiple email addresses (so more than one person can receive the email)
The ability to decide if you want the WHOLE testimonial, or the first XXX words
The ability to include AUTHOR and NOTES field

We also use RSForm Pro, where it is very easy to change the automatic emails sent when a new form is completed.

I would also find it useful if you could customise the fields that people enter... for example, at the moment you just collect Name and Notes, but would also be good to be able to collect phone and email.

ANyway, just my two cents worth! We have loved Report Card, but a few extra features to make it a bit easier to use would be great.
