hi, I recently (4th Jan 2017) bought the 3 month non-supported version of ReportCard, but then saw the offer to upgrade to the supported version for an extra 9.99 USD, which I accepted. however, it looks like this upgrade cannot be activated until the initial 3 month un-supported period has run out. Please could you investigate and get me onto the supported subscription please? thanks in advance. My reason for wanting to get support is because I´ve installed ReportCard on a testbed website and can´t get the user-submission feature to work, despite having selected "allow submissions" in the Front End Submission Settings. The rest of it seems to work OK (eg I can create testimonials, and get them to be displayed in a list as a menu item, or randomly using the ReportCard Random Testimonial module. Thanks.
