lazybones created the topic: employee title or custom fields
Hi
I am migrating from J1.5 to J2.5 and have chosen workforce to display the 800+ contacts for our department in Cardiff University. Most of them are either academics or medics of one sort or another.

We need to show their title so visitors can see whether they are a professor (prof), doctor (Dr) or Surgeon (Mr/Mrs). Adding the title to the first name is not ideal but works.

The best solution would be to be able to add multiple custom fields so we can add qualifications, publications, Current research projects etc. This would help us to get a bit of consistency to the Bios and start them off with headings rather than a blank field.
