Hello there. I need to know the different ways available for importing contacts into Work Force. We haven't bought the extension yet because we first need to see if it will fit our needs. If we have an excel sheet, will it import from this? Also will people be able to export into an excel sheet from the front-end?
Currently we have our phone directory managed on an excel sheet that we update as people come and go within the company. We have to update both the excel sheet and our intranet. We want to be able to just manage it purely on the intranet if possible, but still allow employees the ability to export into excel to make a printable version of the directory for their desk. Is this possible?

Hi-- it is quite easy to do the initial import of your contact from a csv / xls file. However, currently there is no "export to csv" functionality. This sounds like a useful feature, and you're welcome to post it in the WF Feature Requests area.
