Hi - it looks like you have a 'no-support' subscription which is why you don't see the support forums! :woohoo:

This error hasn't been reported before, but if there's a fatal error due to our product we'll make sure it's fixed! What version WF and Joomla are you running? Please let us know and we'll see if we can reproduce the issue and get you a fix asap. Thanks!

Hmm - I can't reproduce the issue. I'm running J3.2.1 with WF3.2 and I can add/edit employees without any issues. I've tested the admin and front end edit forms and both display fine with no fatal error message. A couple questions:

1. Are you using a custom template and if so, does the problem exist when applying a default Joomla template?

2. Did you recently update Joomla? It may be a caching issue if the cache wasn't cleared after updating -- can you try to clear your caches to see if the problem persists?

Just let us know - thanks!

No, it's not a custom template, it's from Joomla Designs and I haven't updated Joomla at all, just used the quickstart package. Perhaps I could give you the admin login?

After doing a little research it appears that this could be a problem with the Joomla version that was installed with your quick start package. You should have an 'html' folder in your 'libraries/cms' folder, but not in your 'libraries/joomla' folder.

If the 'html' folder exists in both your 'libraries/cms' and 'libraries/joomla' folders you can delete the 'libraries/joomla/html' folder and the problem should be fixed. You can see a related Joomla thread here .

If this doesn't apply to your problem, yes please send a link and temp admin login to info @ thethinkery.net with a link to this thread for reference and I'll take a look. Thanks!

Hello, no unfortunately deleting this folder threw up this error:

Fatal error: Class 'JHtml' not found in /home/aldaines/public_html/new_site/libraries/import.legacy.php on line 62

So I reinstalled the folder via a back up

I will PM you the admin info thanks
