Hello, no unfortunately deleting this folder threw up this error:

Fatal error: Class 'JHtml' not found in /home/aldaines/public_html/new_site/libraries/import.legacy.php on line 62

So I reinstalled the folder via a back up

I will PM you the admin info thanks

Hi - I replied via email, but figured I'd post here so the thread isn't left hanging.

My email reply:

It appears you're running Joomla v3.1.1, not 3.2.1. In your admin control panel you'll see an alert in the right sidebar saying a new version is available. Updating to the latest Joomla release should fix the problem.

Just let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi - it's important to keep up to date with Joomla releases for security reasons and compatibility. You should figure out why you're receiving the error when trying to upgrade your Joomla version -- I found this thread in the Joomla forums that might be helpful .

There are functions and features that were added in Joomla 3.2 that are not available in earlier versions -- WF3.2 was built using these new features, so it would require code modification to make it work with older Joomla versions.

We highly advise you to update your Joomla version which will not only keep your site more secure, but also fix your WF problems and other compatibility issues you're likely to have with other extension updates. Let us know questions. Thanks!

Thank you very much, for your answer, I have read a lot of forum about update problem, I have no Rocket theme. But there is an important season on our homepage, so w wouldn't like to risk with update problems.
But When I purchased the extension, I was inform that this extension is made for Joomla 3.X, and there was no show anywhere that is only useable on Joomla 3.2. I think this is a bad information, because If I would know before the purchase, that the extension is for ONLY 3.2, I wouldn't send 12.99 USD via PayPal. And because you have wrote, that this is a final purchase, I buyed something that is not usable now. I think this unfair.

If you wrote that this extension is ONLY for Joomla 3.2 the business would be fair.
Here: Joomla 3.X: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/directo...n/address-book/10585
Here is written Joomla 3: extensions.thethinkery.net/index.php?opt...t=default&Itemid=268

And there was no any possibility to try it BEFORE the purchase.

I hope you understand my problem.

Hi - we utilize new features of Joomla in new versions of our extensions and keep up to date with changes to the Joomla core. We have versions of WF that will work with any J3 release :woohoo:, but typically un-publish them as new versions become available.

I'd be happy to send you the previous version of WF that will work with Joomla 3.1.1, but you're putting yourself at risk by not updating your Joomla release, especially since there are going to be important updates in the future as well moving toward J3.5.

Please email us at info @ thethinkery.net and we'll send you a copy of WF3.1 that is compatible with Joomla 3.1. Thanks!
