Hi chillicarney-- you purchased the "No Support" subscription to WorkForce, which, as the name suggests, does not include access to the support forum. It's intended for advanced Joomla users who won't need much help.

Please upgrade to the support subscription if you require assistance. If you think you've encountered a bug, please let us know via email @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Try logging in and then back out, then under Support choose Work Force Forums-- you'll see the Support Forum as one of the options.

I had upgrade with support , but I cannot see the support forums ,
after log out and login back still the same .
