Not working after installation, what to do?

Hi guy's. Probably everyone should buy this with support, as it doesn't run after installation. So what do i have to do now? Buy extra support or ask for a refund as the software doesn't install properly? Please help me out.

I have turned on Joomla Error report, but no clues there!

The system does not respond to columns setting, and View Profile gives a blank page

And why I don't get 2 or 3 columns, when set that in settings? Only one, despite my settings!

Was this an upgrade from an earlier version of WF? This error message comes from a bug that was fixed more than six months back. Please post a snippet from the file / lines in question.

No, this is a brand new install. Have not used your components earlier. First try. Fetch from your server just days ago...
